Senator Dino Melaye has blamed the APC for losing the Deputy Senate
president position to PDP.He insists there was no deliberate attempt to
give the position to PDP but the absence of 51 APC members made PDP
clinch the seat .Speaking to journalists in Abuja,the staunch supporter
of Senate President, Bukola Saraki said
“Those that made APC to lose the Deputy Senate Presidency yesterday were those who stayed away from the chamber.If they had come, we would have won, we stood by our party, we nominated Sen. Ali Ndume, and the man who seconded the motion is a Senator from Kwara
