Fani Kayode has fingered the governorship candidate
of the All Progressives Congress (APC), and former Governor of Bayelsa
State,Timi Pre Sylva over the recent kidnappings and murder in the state.This comes after
the 26 year old sister of his opponent and PDP incumbent governor,Seriake Dickson was kidnapped yesterday in Bayelsa.
